A fine-mesh sieve for the Zeegma Sap juicer is used to prepare clear juices with a bit of pulp. It can perfectly deal with hard fruits and vegetables, e.g. beetroot or apple and citruses. Using the sieve, you can also make plant milk or tofu. Replacement with a new part makes the juicer life longer and lets it operate for many years.
