Various thickness of mincing
A set of three discs with different mesh thicknesses allows you to use the full potential of the machine and prepare various, extremely tasty dishes.
- A 3-mm sieve – lets you mince products until smooth and consistent. It performs well when you prepare meat or vegetable pastes or stuffings.
- A 5-mm sieve –intended for mincing ingredients for burgers or meatballs, and for grinding nuts or hard cheese down.
- An 8-mm sieve – ideal for sausages and bean chops.
WZeegma Molen Chef as a handy shredder
The device is supplied with 3 types of baskets which let you chop vegetables in a specific way:
- Basket with small mesh – shreds ingredients into thin matchsticks. It is also used to make a pizza cheese.
- Basket with large mesh – designed for cutting into thick matchsticks, e.g. for a salad or healthy snack.
- Basket for slices – for slicing cucumbers, courgettes or cabbage for salads.
